A Complain About Cosmetic Crates

So what happened just now made me really upset, and has happened to me so many time that I should bring up this issue.

What happened was I opened this crate, I was happy to have Godly Item as one of the option.
So I right click, and guess what the Godly Item landed to? It's so close to the chest, but the crate gave me a common item -_-

The Godly Item is closer to the chest than the Common Item, YET it gave me another one of those Common Item which will be scrapped eventually...

I hope the developers fix this issue, make whatever item that is closer to the chest the item i will get.
I don't pay for VIP+ to get disappointment in this server.

 

Eh im iffy. At least you didnt get the same reward twice in your monthly chest

 

Pretty sure rewards from crates are predetermined, so no matter where that godly was placed you would have still received the common. I'm sorry to say- but this is not the end of the world, and whining on discord and the forums every second day about things like this wont help your cause.

Do that draw again but replace the godly by a common and the common with a godly.
Will you still say that it's a bug to fix ?

 

I don't mean that, I meant the item closer to the chest should be what I get. Not the item right before the chest

Also, server lag most likely caused the items to keep moving even though it had already choses a reward.

 

I dont think so. I think its like a spinner, what ever you land on is whatever you get.

 

Thing is that the fact that the thing spins at different speeds sometimes seems to hint that's not true or at the very least that whether they are or not is irrelevant.

i support this post, its an annoying feature, even if pre-determined or not, whats closest is what we should get, thats my opinion anyways.

 

Picture the crate like a clock.

Let's for example say it's 1:55. Even though the minutes are already at 55, the hours are still at 1, not 2.

 

Now, if the godly and common were switched, you will be thanking us instead.

 

Crate rewards are decided upon opening the crate. The animation is just to give some flavour and anticipation.

I am still not sure how the process behind crates works, but that was actually a good analogy.
