Warrior Class Expectations

Going into the game, I have no idea what to expect. Playing Warrior on World of Warcraft, I obviously rolled Warrior; however, due to my very little experience with Minecraft MMORPGs, I don't know what to expect in the PVE sense of the game, so that begs the question: would it be better for my warrior to go towards a more strength-heavy barbaric build or maybe a defense/agility-heavy tank build?

 

It really all depends in your play style. If you're into tanks then yes go straight ahead, but there are other builds for you to experiment with.

 

Builds are more focused around armour and IDs rather than skill points in Wynn. Other than that it depends on you and your way of playing.

 

Perhaps you could point me in the direction of some warrior builds?

 

the never ending earthshaker/charge surfer (Water 20/4 mana regen)

the annoying cactus (strength poison and lifesteal)

the god of the come hit me to do nothing but 1 dmg (fire with tons of health and defense)

the rainbow spear guy (all 5 elements)

etc, etc etc............ etc......

In my perspective, each class has a different role. I usually make builds based around the purpose of the class roles.

Warriors are usually considered to be tanks, high damage and defense, yet low damaging and regenerating spells / mana and low mobility. Although you can use different builds to change up a classes playstyle, like a tank assassin or mage, or a melee archer.

So overall, classes and builds both determine a type of playstyle

 

I'm a water build... oo-la-la

 

Take Alkatraz + Centipede + COI + Earth Sanctuary/Earth Breaker/... + Gaea-Hewn Boots/... + Some accessories.

You will have no health, low defense, but you will do a lot of damages.

 

A Defense/Agility Warrior is pretty rare to encounter (Well, from the last 3 months since I played on Wynncraft, I don't know how many are there now, since my current computer has troubles on minecraft). It's probably due to the lack of DPS it has, but If you want to go with it, sure go ahead. We're not enforcing you.

A Strength Warrior is easily the most common warrior types around, with sides like mostly fire and sometimes water alongside with it. A Strength/Defense warrior is a very common build, but you are slow with the build. If you do some spells, add intelligence with the strength and defense.

 

Make that fire melee apocalypse build abusing war scream and explosion and i am fine with the statement xD so many of those around these days (and so many more want builds focussed on abusing the glitches ;-; )

 

If you are just starting the game you don't really need any type of build, at lv90+ is when you really should start looking for one. If you're concerned about skill points don't worry, you can reset them for 2 soul points whenever you want. For what build type you want to go for there's also not one best build, they all have their advantages and their drawbacks. Warriors in general tend to go on a tanky fire mixed with some other element build(water/earth usually), this gives them much health but tends to give them a low walk speed.
