hello. I'm buying leggings with good thunder damage and no -health regen,

also buying a necklace with good thunder damage.

 

What level

 

I'd also like to know what leggings are best for thunder dmg :D

 

for thunder leggings you can use thunder sanctuary or the master shop leggings from Qira
I would recommend static charged leggings but they have -health regen

For necklace i would go with the diamond static necklace, electric torc or bottled storm
Just saying electric torc is a pain to get i was searching for 2 weeks -_-

so really you don't have to buy much at all :)
