Mage/Dark Wizard Help Warp Build Needed

I want a warp build, (yes rems thread influenced this)
INFO:
Atlest 150 extra ws
Insane dps (12k+ meteors)
Great survivablity
Great pve
No pvp reqs
No budget restrictions

Anyway. The dps won't be hard at all, you already deal ~11-13k meteors without any buffs.
Great survivability: Just hold the thing and you have maxed out agility.
Great PvE: You just need some damage, no problem.
No pvp reqs: y u do dis
No budget restrictions: great.

The ws will be the biggest thing.

I can make you 2 builds. A probably common build if warp would be legendary (standard air tank, ew) or a more... unique build.

Normal tank:

Warp
Bonder

Morph-Stardust - maxed agility ofc
Boreal-Patterned Aegis - walk speed, mana regen, reflection. Not to mention the sexy defenses
Hephaestus-Forged Greaves - walk speed, mana steal, reflection, damage, insane health, bla bla bla air damage bla bla.
Seven-League Boots - not much health, but it'll get you loads of walk speed and a really good agility buff (+4-15)

Raging Wind 2x - health, damage, agility, walk speed
Prowess - health, skillpoints
Necklace of a thousand storms? no idea. maybe errant?

This will have 128 walk speed with everything maxed, and probably very powerful in PvE and PvP. It doesn't meet your walk speed requirement, but I assure you this is the safest option.

Now on to the mad scientist stuff.

Warp
Bonder

Dune Storm - load of damage, good defenses, skillpoints
Dondasch - melee damage, health to counter Dune Storm's, giant strength buff and good ws.
Vaward - I would use hephaestus-forged but I'm not sure if you're able to make it to the all the requirements, so use vaward instead, for skillpoints, damage and health.
Seven-League boots - damage, walk speed, skillpoints

Kaze x2 - rip health, but you'll get walk speed and skillpoints.
Prowess - health, skillpoints.
Errant or Necklace of a thousand storms - health if its errant, ws for both, dmg.

This meets your ws and is a really evil build that I might use myself. Keep in mind that it almost completely relies on dodging with your insane walk speed and on agility, if you do get hit. Don't try battling an assassin up close, freeze them, you don't wanna get caught in a multihit (speaking out of experience, I'm currently using a similar build but melee based and a different wand).

Also if you do have Warp you should consider selling it to me :P

edit: i might replace 1st builds thousand storm with diamond steam because sp and hp
and seven league with steamjet, if sp is good enough

Great to see I influenced you ^^. The build i use is an elemental tank basically, with some air and ws boosting accs and boots :3. I will test some other builds later and see if they are any better.

I tried something with changing the build and this came out:
Warp
Bonder

Morph-sd
Boreal-aegis
Vaward
Capricorn

Raging wind
Raging wind
Morph-amethyst or prowess
Diamond steam necklace

I caculated, and you have plenty of spare sp, if you have max, you wont have but it will be possible
(get int 68)
also the 150 ws was with warp on

it will have 130 agi
and all other stats
with warp easy over 220 ws (with atleast 150 warp)
What do you think?

about 13k hp, 200% air dmg with warp, 8 mana regen with bonder, all defenses are positive but fire, 215% walk speed max (you still get about 150 ws with an average warp though)

I have, very fast, u die instantly.

 

I don't mean for pvp, I just mean in general. I'd love to see someone move at around 410 ws
