I Lost An Item. Where Can I Go For Help?

    I was starting the Memory Paranoia quest, and as I walked into the doorway to start the quest, my finger accidentally pressed Q and dropped my Maelstorm as I teleported. It wasn't near the ground where I teleported, so I did /kill and was respawned in Olux. I raced back as fast as I could, but it was gone. Is there any way I can get it back? Should I contact support, or see if a player is trading one?
