Resource Pack Notification

This is not about getting the resource pack to work!!!
My computer would not download the server resource pack so I ended p downloading it manually. This works perfectly fine except the notification saying I don't have the resource pack CONSTANTLY pops up. This makes it really hard to read the chat and its distracting. I know that it's a long shot, but is there any way to get rid of it without the server pack?

Have you made sure your computer can't download the resource pack from the server? Turn resource packs on (in Minecraft settings) if you haven't already.

 

I already went through all of the steps they provided to fix it. Downloading it was the only way I could get to work. Thanks for trying though!
