VIPs can increase or decrease the number by 3 and can post up to 5 times in a row.
VIP+s can increase or decrease the number by 5 and can post up to 2 times in a row.
Heroes can increase or decrease the number by 10, but can only post once in a row.

Non-ranks: Exactly 100
VIPs: Exactly 300
VIP+s: Exactly 500
Heroes: Exactly 1000
