Highest Spell And Melee Damage

I'm planning my endgame set and it has Cancer (the helmet) in it. As you probably know, Cancer greatly reduces Spell and Melee damage... I'd like to know what would be the highest melee and spell damage I could get (I'd like AT LEAST 100% of each, to completely counter Cancer's negative spell and melee damage, but the more the better lol). The "catch" is, I don't want to unequip Cancer (because the build pretty much revolves around it), the boots (already found a pretty good one to counter the disadvantages of my weapon) and the weapon, which means I can only use chestplate, leggings and accessories. I'd like the least possible negative (or red) stats in the chestplate and leggings, and, if possible, decent HP, though I realize that might be impossible.

TL;DR - Chestplate, leggings and accessories with highest spell and meelee damage, with decent XP and few negative stats? ​

What's Cancer abuse?

 

That site updates automatically with the API, so any outdatedness that it has is the API's problem.

provided that wynncraft keeps its item api (second-best source for item info, only less accurate than game itself) up-to-date, it isn't outdated
the site takes data off the api and translates it into the information you see there, so it's only outdated if the api's outdated

 

Well? I don't see anywhere in the rules we're not allowed to counter bad effects in armor... Plus this is an RPG, we, as players, are MEANT to find the best combinations... Unless by "abuse" you mean "annoying" instead of "bannable", then I can see where you're coming from, but from my POV Cancer has such potencial =P

 

I'm not saying that it's bad.
I'm just explaining what @Lennyverse meant by "cancer abuse"
I don't have anything against people who like to counter the -dam in cancer.
