Just to make sure, you CAN use other boots like Gaea-Hawn or Burnout for Super-fast, but 1. You need something to get like 2/4s mana regen or so for the -mana regen from burnout (Concentration, the -spell doesn't matter).
2. If you can use Gaea-Hawn somehow, then use it if you have it. If you can't, you still can use the ring slots for any kind of rings for skill points except -def.
3. Negative Regen in % is useless lol.

Or just because of this to not use Burnout.

I saw an Unique item (idk what the name it was) gave you like +6 Defense, you need max. like 5 for Bracelet and 7 for Necklace as +Def to use the build.

Qira isn't sooo easy. You need like 5 Healing Potions then try and survive the FIRST spider wave. If they all died, just run arround Qira and slap her.

If you drink Strengh, Defense and Agility potion, you should can solo it easier. I recommend, drink them at Idol part and Mechcorrupter/Bob so you still have the potion effect if you killed the two bosses easily for Cybel.

 

You can still get clock boots it just takes a hour or two of gathering stuff for it.
Thought I don't think they have 2tier anymore
