Any Class Help Loot Bonus

I need a Loot Bonus set armor (and weapon for assassin :P) that give me supervivence at TCave or Rodoroc

 

Helm: Snail
Chestplate: Diamond Dust
Leggings: Jera
Boots: Pirate Luck
Ring: Old Keeper's x2
Bracelet: Knucklebones
Necklace: Pendant of Prosperity
Weapon: Wybel Tooth Dagger?? idk

Loot bonus is people too, they should get to solo ;--;

 

All we want health regen wise is to counteract the negative health regen from old keeper's and snail helm is enough to do that. Meanwhile, Sano's Care has lots of health regen but no health. So, if you use Sano's Care with this set, you will only have about 2K health...
