Missed Level Loot

    So I have two pieces of the morph set and went onto the wiki to see what else I needed, and I saw I missed the level 25 boots. Now that I am level 41 will I be unable to find these boots in a chest since my level is so high? Or can I go to an area for level 25 in hopes of finding it?

    Farm mobs of the same level.

    For the chest :
    1. The loot chest is at your level if there is no mobs around.
    2. The loot chest is at the level of the mobs around if there is mobs around.

    You can also kill mobs around level 25 to try and get it
