Assassin/Ninja Help Air/water/thunder Build - What Can I Improve?

So I planned the following build for my Assassin:

Cumulonimbus
Boreal-Patterned Aegis
Tailwind
Wind Mimic

Raging Wind
Moon Pool Circlet
Diamond Steam Braclet
Diamond Steam Necklace

Ivory, Thrice, Rewind
(would use Weathered, but I'm poor :c)


If you have any improvments for my build please keep my requirments in mind (as long as possible):
- at least 68 Int and decent mana regen (like 4/4s+)
- about 100% walk speed
- air should be the main element
- (maybe add a thunder weapon)

Here is my archer build, but it would work with assassin.

Third eye
Boreal
Sagittarius
Capricorn
Raging wind
Dia steam ring
Dia steam brace
Necklace of 1k storms

8/4 mr and 90 +-10 ws

Or

Cumul / neuron
Boreal
Dark channeler
Capri
Ghost
Raging wind
Contrail for speed / ariodos dial for spell dmg
Lightning flash / royal ~

 

use kickback for more health and dmg

 

Why not raging wind x2? (If you have done beyond the grave more than once i mean xD)
And instead of dank channeler why not the ephemeral? The build revolves around spells anyways and with ephemeral you would get more air dmg and keep the mana regen. (Plus you dont butcher your defences as much and you get more health :p)

 

Didnt know about ephemeral. But some raw spell is always nice

 

Can only agree with that xD i found out about the ephemeral like 2 weeks ago... and they are perfect for me as i use spin attacks a lot x)
