Archer/Hunter Air/water Build

I just made a very good air/water build, which is based on high air dmg, good mana regen and a little bid on
walk speed. And you have to be min Lv. 98 (Or 99 if you use strati)

You need 20 in dex, 80 in intel and the rest in agility.

For the helmet you use: Third Eye for the mana regen intelligence and spell damage
For the chestpiece you use: Soarfae mainly for the air damage and the health you get from it.
For the leggings you use: Sagittarius for the spell dmg and air dmg.
For the boots you use: Memento for the spell dmg and mana regen.

For the rings you use: 2x Gold or Diamond steam rings or 2x Gold or Diamond Hydro rings (From LI)
For the bracelet you use: Gold or Diamond steam bracelet.
For the necklace you use: Necklace of a thousand storms.

For the weapon you can use Stratiformis or if you don't get enough agility from your armor and accessories, use Gale's Force. (You should add 2 Air powders for the special and 1 Water powder)

(I don't have a strati, so that's why I can't write the dmg with a strati. So if you have a strati and you use this build, please pm me the dmg.

-200 Earth def
-100 Thunder def
150 Water def
You don't really care about them because you end up having 120+ agil points

You end up having ~8000 hp

750-1500 melee dmg.
14k-17k Arrow storms
1800-3k Escape stomps
5k-7.5k Bombs
5k-9k Arrow shiels

You can spam Arrow storm 5-7+ times.
You can spam Escape 7-11+ times.
You can spam Bombs 4+ times .
You can spam Arrow shield 4 times.

 

How about Booster plate instead of Soarfae?

 

Also I can't get the gold/diamond steam accesorries anytime soon. Do you have any alternative accesorries?

would replacing soarfae with booster plate still be viable? My booster plate has 30% ws (not that I care that much about ws), 11% water damage, 13% air damage and 3 agility. Imo that seems to be a bigger dps increase than soarfae
