Buying Good Low-level Items (20-40)

I want to buy some low-level items for my mage because it's really boring to grind at low-level areas just to get a legendary.If you have some good item and want to sell it,I can give you money,but it is low-level so please do not sell it for a high price.I accept unique,rares and legendaryes,but it needs to be a good or decent ones,i'm accepting low-level mage builds too,if you can send me one,would be great.

Here's a list of low lvl junk i have, but i will not go lower then 28 EB for these otherwise i wouldn't be making much profit, but of course for the rares i will only charge like a few eb's
