Health Slowy Disappearing?

So I was walking around, and suddenly, my health started decreasing at around 10 hp per tick without an explanation. Have I been cursed? My gear consists of.

I think it's because of skeletal legs, but when I removed them, nothing changed.

Pretty sure it's the weapon, it's giving you negative health regen
