Are Loot Chest Rewards Based On Level Or Area?

    I was in pigmans ravine (Doing a quest I didn't finish) and I managed to find a diamond chestplate in a loot 1 chest.

    Mobs in the area, unless there are none; then it's off of your level.

    This is because there are Lv 55 Passage Guards nearby that loot chest. Loot Chests search for nearby mobs and base their prizes off the average level. However, if there are no mobs around, it will base its drops off of your own level.
