A Non-meming Question About Melee Archer

Now before you all go furiously typing down below "mellee acrher sux cuz not splell archere!!!11!!!1!" Just listen, this is more of a hypothetical situation that a realistic one but it still is interesting for me.

If you had perfect accuracy with the bow and never missed a shot could a melee archer with a melee build technically out-damage a spell archer with a spell build?
No one will ever have 100% accuracy but it is an interesting idea since currently archer builds can't really vary that much.

This is kinda hard to test if this theory is true or not but I'm still curious to see what people have to say about this.
