Decent Wand, Fast?

Hey. Speaking on behalf of my cousin here. We were running the Undergrowth Ruins dungeon when he dropped his Olux's Prized Wand in one of the token hoppers. He's currently using the Battle Staff from Troms, but it's really quite weak.

What's the fastest/best way to get another decent wand (level 58-ish)? Doesn't have to be legendary or anything over-the-top, just strong enough for dungeons and bosses and stuff.

Hi! It sucks your friend lost his Olux wand (my favorite weapon until I got Ethereal), but do not fear! I'm here to help!

I would recommend he get the Relic Wand, which costs nothing to get and is level 55 or so. To get it follow this tutorial:

Skip to 3 minutes and 30 seconds and he'll tell you how to get the wand.
