[+]TIMECRAFT Back Story[+]
TIMECRAFT is a community that was formed on the 16th of March, 2013. Our guild is an active guild which supports players whether they're in our guild or not, we are active, like to help other people and competitive in all subjects such as economy, PvP skills, guild contributions and getting better gear between our own guild members and the outside world. We have members from other games outside of Minecraft as well and we may introduce new recruits to them depending on behavior since we do not tolerate drama, superiority and any form of harassment. Those who do not behave properly will still be allowed to stay in the guild but will not be invited to our discord community. We are open to everyone and we will try to find time to help players when there's a chance.

Here, we have been standing for a couple of years and the people come and go, but that doesn't mean that we'll forget them. You will be remembered even after you have left us. We help each other as much as we can and give whatever we have to those who needs.

We tolerate slight harassment in a manner that can be considered a joke and we tolerate some drama to a slight degree since we understand that these things might happen when your undergoing a bad day. These people will still be considered good behaved in our community so as long as you don't recreate this too often or not make it really harsh.

Last thing i'd like to say is we DO NOT WELCOME people who crosses harassment to a point where people will be swearing at each other's parents, families or lives. Doing so will get you kicked out of the group after a warning has been issued to you.

Our Discord community runs differently and works based on a server - like structure which has mods, admins etc but DOES NOT MEAN that we own a server, we are a bunch of gamers who band together from other games such as Overwatch and World of Warcraft and made common guilds here and there. Till we finally banded together and created a multi-regional community.

[+]TIMECRAFT Jobs and Roles / Chief Work[+]
This is the list of roles and those people who are assigned to the specific roles. To work as one of these roles, you have to be Captain and apply to the owner personally through a discord PM, if you do decide to apply then you will be given an application format which you have to fill in, then the co - owners and the I will decide whether you will get the role and position or not. But hey, if you didn't get the position, don't feel bad since you can still enjoy the game in our guild and we seriously do thank you for considering to devote some time to our roles.

These are the available roles:

• Internal Affairs - Dealing with people inside the guild and tending to people's request and needs, listening to them and helping them out, also being capable of resolving a conflict.
• External Affairs - Dealing with people outside of the guild whether it's individual or group (another guild) though the main focus of the External Affairs role are alliances with other guilds and to make sure we have a good relationship with them. This means that we will still be on good terms even though we raided them and to convince everyone that this game is just for fun, they have the option to take our land as well and we will not have any grudges against other people.
• Event Managent - Hosting events to advertise our guild in the forums and ingame to find more recruits, requires permission from owner & co-owners.
• Forum Management - Active in forums and answering people's questions regarding our guild and any information related to it, of course this also means being active in the forums in general.
• War Management - Coordinating the time for a full on scale war and finding the right people along with their gear sets and combinations with other peoples' gear sets in order to create a legion (Basically making strategies by analytical thinking and decisive choices to make war a lot more easier). This is a very difficult role since it will require a lot of coordination and communication.
• Designer - Designing banners and forum arts for the guild, this might be off topic from the entire guild function but artists are an important role in advertising and marketing, don't underestimate these guys.
• Discord Manager - Helping out and sorting people out in discord, this will require special permissions from DrBuuny AKA FrankTheRabbit since he is the owner of TimeCraft himself and manages the discord community

I see, it isn't easy but if your active in multiple games or have someone who ALWAYS plays a specific game, you can assign that friend of yours to be the group leader of that said game and you can just be the headmaster behind it (not sure how to make it to simpler words, but that's basically the big picture).

In my community, FrankTheRabbit played only in Minecraft (as far as i know, the server he used to play got shutdown though) but he had friends form that said server who started playing other games, and they formed the same party which is TimeCraft in other games, eventually Frank's friends who made a group in these games found people and some are chosen to join the whole community, eventually our community grew and here we are...

I joined TimeCraft 2 years ago.

Basically what i'm saying is that you don't have to be active in all games, just find someone you can trust to lead your community's name in other games... Same goes with Frank, he's rarely on in games because of life (pretty much like everyone else) back then, but the community kept going because people, typically younger people formed groups in other games and the community kept going even though Frank himself is seldom online... Though now Frank's active again and still goofing around with us in discord chat xD
