    Required IDs (if it doesn't meet or exceed, don't bother replying ( unless you are satisfied with like 7 stacks ) ( or 4 stacks if it's shitter than a public restroom ) )

    + 4/4s Mana Regen
    +25% Water Damage
    ​
    Secondary IDs (will boost the price if met or exceeded)

    +9 Intelligence
    +130 Health Regen
    -12% Thunder Damage​

    May lower required IDs over time.

    Offering a minimum of 9 stacks if the required IDs are barely met but every other stat is garbage ( looking at you @Tomix ).

    Please reply or PM with screenshot, we can negotiate from there.
