Resource Pack Problems

I know this is asked a lot, but when ever I go to the world through the portal and into the actual game, the resource pack doesn't load.
And I've tried EVERYTHING, from
not finding the "legacy" file in server-resource-packs,
making sure the resource packs are enabled,
restarting the minecraft launcher over and over again,
moving the "Legacy" file I downloaded from the links the mods said to download and moving it to resource packs,
and it STILL doesn't work!
I've played Wynncraft for a long time and I haven't had any problems with the resource pack, but today, it just decides to not load at all.
I'm really mad about this, and I really need help because I'm close to just quitting Wynncraft until the next minecraft update because as of now, I have 1.11.2 (no optifine btw),
so PLEASE, help me out on this.​

You tried everything that's in Salted's thread so try switching versions, this bug already happened to me and when I went to other version it fixed!

 

Switch to a version in 1.8-1.11 that you have never used in Wynn before and then accept the resource pack. (Or that's how I remember it is)
