Art 1.5 Year Improvement In Digital Sketches (i Didn't Get Worse Lol)

So this is a drawing I was pretty proud of back in the day. I posted it here on forums on Dec 20th 2015. I drew it on PC with a graphics tablet using Photoshop. Nowadays I would call it "what is anatomy and colouring"




This is a doodle I did today from 12th May through out midnight to 13th 2017. (So almost 1.5 years.) I drew it on my phone (nothing fancy, good ol' samsung galaxy s3) in free app MediBang Paint. I was mostly just messing around with a bit silly drawing, but the colours don't rape my eyes and there is some life in it (not much, but some) and the anatomy isn't screaming "this isn't how anatomy works you idiot", so sure.

I have so much to learn, but damn I'm proud of this. I feel shit about my art so often, but I like this one. yeeeeeeee



you can get better y'all, no excuses that you can't try digital, because you don't have a fancy wacom graphic tablet or a cintiq, do some traditional and you can try digital on ya phone ye

Ask around some people (friends, family etc..) if they have an old phone they don't use anymore that you could buy or something, they might even give it to you for free.

My last 2 phones were second-hand.

My phone now is from just my dad asking few of his friends of they have an old phone or something (I don't really feel the need to have a very nice expensive new phone, I don't mind) and they gave it to him for free
