well tbh, it depends on how you play boreal. Some people use boreal in spell dmg builds/water builds so Aquarius works. Aquarius isn't meant for the bulk tho.

 

The only thing it is better at is mana reg and spell damage (?) And even in water builds I would prefer the Bulk since 19/4 reg is not too hard with all the mana reg items

 

this is usually for control assassin builds tho when it comes towards replacements.
