    I need a build for qira AND other bosses if possible while also being a great PvE build, no mythics, i dont care what elements
    and if possible, use cluster or stinger

    Agility + intelligence, get the 30% walk speed boots from the hive air shop. Rest of the gear was just mana regen stuff.
    That's how I did it. Tho be ready to be 1 shot to death, 2 shot if lucky.
