Buying Flat Regeneration Items, Helmets, Bracelets And Amulets

I am looking for helmets/bracelets/amulets that give at least 30 flat hp regen. I am lvl 100, so all items are accepted. I would appreciate if the items do not have too many negative stats and also are close to my lvl (all accessories can be low lvl, I'm more concerned about the helmet).

WARNING: the items can not have skill requirements other than defense above 30 sp.

 

snail boots, hephaestus-forged greaves and golemlus core are good for that
