    So i have been scrolling around the map searching for a quest then i suddenly came across this "christmas" town in nesaak. is there any way you could go there?

    (cant post the image bc i have to get 10 posts)

    If you mean the Christmas island in the ocean, Use the seaskipper (Not sure if it goes there) or a normal boat.
    If you mean the wynnter fair, You need to go through a portal in Lusuco, however there are no quests here.

    that village isn't actually there when you go to where it's placed on the map, i believe it's the town that you get to going through the teleport in lusuco.

    i don't know if they're going to move it to that location, but if they did that'd be
    different
