    So,like a normal day,bored,just looking through the quest guides in the wiki,finding this message from the Corkus delegate in The Envoy I,saying:


    Corkus Delegate: Moving on... The south gate leads to Relos. On your way there, you might pass by the-Corkus Delegate: Uhm, nevermind. In fact, we have a gift for you.

    What was the delegate referring to?Was it the factory?Thanks.
