Powder Damage.. How.. ._.

I have a question on powders. When I apply powders, especially tier 6, it brings damage up obviously on weapons. But, what I do NOT understand is how someone else can get the damage up to 1k-2k damage. Like, how?? How is that possible? It was even a two slot on a morrowwind. Is there a tier 7 or something? ._.

no theres no tier 7 powder
you can boost your dmg with %spell %air dmg and other ids

 

Neutral conversion. All powders contain a certain percent, which converts that percent of the total neutral damage over.
