    It is a bug. The skin is the generic one. Sherk and Santa used to look so.

    I think that's a default skin that is used when our mobs don't have a skin assigned.

    It's an issue with the skin listed in a yml file for the mob. If the mob does not have a proper skin assigned, the skin of the mob turns into that "rainbow" skin. The issue also occurs if Salted does not manually upload a skin to the GitHub directory, which may be the case with this mob and was never fixed. A person uploaded their own skin into the directory, but because it wasn't "valid" it caused the default "no skin" skin to appear.
