Mage/Dark Wizard Help Help Needed With A Water Build

I have been using this build for a while, but now that I am willing to try and solo some 90-100 bosses, I need to complete and maybe improve it.

Third eye (I hope I will be getting a better one soon)
Aquarius (Until I get to lv 95 I will use a max spell damage Milleniun)
Crystal (max mana regen and decent reflection)
Memento (3/4 mana regen and max +spell damage and % spell damage is 11)

Moon Pool Circlet (?)
???

What weapon should I use?

 

isnt dark channeler or vaward better...?

 

seipodon gives higher health than dark channeler, as well as "better" elem defs
you can use vaward too, but you wont have to waste your accessories for more mana regen with seipodon

requiem/hive infused wand/lament

Full Diamond Hydro, except squid anklet for Bracelet

100 Intel, 100 Agi

You could also do Dark channeler and memento, but instead of 100 agi do 50 dex and 50 agi

You can't use Capricorn and dark channeler at the same time-not enough skill points

Then do cumulonimbus and do 67intel 33dex

 

...but aquarius needs 110 int

 

Then use BorealPatterned Aegis

 

use a good pair of dark channelers, or Vaward
