The Emperium of Wynn (TEoW) is a Dynamic alliance that was formed on the 21st of April with the goal of uniting guilds of all levels and experience to create a more user-friendly experience. The Emperium is driven by a vision of bringing the Wynncraft community together while having a good time with the guild experience. We, together, will become Unitum Populo.

The Emperial Truth

Goals
As an alliance, we plan to bring the community together under a sense of comradeship. As a fairly new alliance, our first goal is to get connected with our community. Events, giveaways, dungeon runs. Activities to just get closer to everyone. After that, we plan on bringing in the war aspect of any alliance. Events will still be prevalent, with war games such as TDM and Capture the Capital.

Rules
These rules all alliance must comply by. If you fail to follow the rules, you will be given punishment decided by our 3 judges.​

• Under NO exceptions will members of the Alliance bully, belittle or abuse others within the Wynn community and forums.​
• Under NO exceptions will alliance members start flame wars and if for some reason one has broke out, allow for the person to douse it and apologise no matter who began the argument.​
• There will be no hate towards guilds from members, but if evidence is found of others not within the alliance bullying a member of the Alliance, necessary actions and or aggressive extermination of said guild will occur.​
• All guilds will be treated as "friendly with good intentions" until proven otherwise and evidence is provided.​
• Any rules or acts made by the Emperator or Alliance leaders and the High Council must be followed to the letter.​
• 3 Warnings are allowed for each member of a guild and 3 warnings are allowed for a whole guild. Warnings can be reset every 3 months if the guild shows signs of improvements.​
• While Donations are mandatory, all guilds MUST actively seek to improve the alliance as a whole.​
• All grievances must be either resolved between grieving parties or must be resolved with a 3rd party Who is the Judge.​
• While War is encouraged within the alliance, please refrain from taking lands from small guilds or taking lands that should belong to lower level guilds allocated by the alliance as Low - Level guild lands.​
• All Guilds must follow the structure of the alliance for efficiency purposes. If position is not available due to shortage of leaders eg. high council member, RECRUIT a new member to take that position.​
• For the purposes of openness, leaders and council should hand over information to the community upon request.​

Honorary Members
Honorary Members are members of our alliance as well as the wider community who are hand picked by our High Council and tri-leadership that have brought something positive to the community or alliance. Whether it be participating in all wars, events, or balls to just being a good person in general, we honor you.

Each month guild members within the alliance have a chance to be picked by their leaders for their exceptional work within the alliance, and be awarded a Prize of LE as well as an Honorary Mention in the Alliance Thread.

Important Roles
The Emperator - Classified as the main figure head and the leader of the Emperium of Wynn. The Emperator is chosen by the alliance for their ability to lead, to connect people and most importantly to be the role model of the alliance. Their word is law within the alliance and all must heed to what they say. Through this individuals experience and wisdom the alliance will continue to strive, improve and grow stronger.

War Leader - The War Leader is in charge of anything war related. They determine which guilds get what territory, guild bank management, defense suggestions, and general tricks of the trade. They are also in charge of any war games.

Community Leader - The Community leader is in charge of keeping the community informed of what is going on behind our closed doors, and not having closed doors. They will be the closest leader to the community. They are in charge of events, giveaways, anything, well, to be relating to the community. Side note: The community chooses the community leader so a poll will be posted at a later date.

Economy Leader - Self-explanatory, this person is in charge of anything economy related. Keeping the alliance guild’s banks in stability and suggest how to effectively defend, being cost effective. Current Economy Leader: Angry_Will

High Council - The High Council is a group of representatives from each guild (Minimum of 1, maximum of 3) that will come together to discuss about anything changing. Whether it would be to change a rule, change a leader, or accept a guild, it goes through the High Council to be discussed and debated.

Judge - Judges within the alliance decide punishment for any guild/member who breaks the rules that were listed above. These individuals look into problems and issues within the guilds of TEoW and help resolve them efficiently. Their word is the final say in any matter, and you cannot over-rule it.

Alliance Application
Want to help out our alliance grow stronger, better and more effective? Join us through this application below. Please note that the Emperium does have a number of rules that each guild must follow. Furthermore if you do get accepted, the last step will be to swear an Oath of the Shadow Advisor of the Alliance. You will be contacted if you are accepted and we wish you luck in your applications.

Application - Just because you apply does not mean you will be accepted. The three leaders of the alliance will discuss about whether or not to let the said guild in, and then it will be approved/declined by the High Council. Please only leaders of guilds apply.

How many active members does the guild have?
Is the Guild a War or a Community guild?
Would any of your members including yourself be interested in taking on Leadership roles within the Alliance?
How would you help the Alliance grow?

Buddy System
Guilds within the Alliance will have a choice to take up friendly or new guilds under their wing and train them as their sub guilds in community or in war for the future of Wynn. This will be a prime opportunity to make a new generation of guilds who will rise up higher than the old guilds. Sub-guilds should be given territories owned by the parent guilds. A notification by the parent guild must be made to the Emperium once a Sub-guild/Buddy has been established. Once the Sub-Guild has reached a level of experience and members deemed worthy by the Emperium it can join the Alliance or any brother alliances if applicable.

Advantages:​

• Higher land security as 2 guilds will look after the same territory meaning that if it is taken, both guilds can work on getting them back.​
• Can promote competitiveness between the Sub and Main guild in war between one another, and give them good experience.​
• Ability for the community guilds to level up easier as they can share a small territory with a War guild who will provide them with a higher chance of keeping that territory​
• Promotes friendship and communications between the alliance and the wider community.​

Important Note - It is up to your guild to find a guild within the Emperium to sponsor you. Only when a guild within the Emperium has agreed can you apply under this format:

Brother Alliances of the Emperium

The maximum number of guilds within any alliance of the Emperium must be 10-15.​

• Once the Alliances reaches the number of 10 Guilds, any extra guilds are counted as an Overflow.​
• Once an overflow reaches a number of 5 (eg 15-20) or greater within a single alliance it must create a brother alliance.​
• When a brother alliance is created it retains all structures/government of the Emperium.​
• Upon the creation of 1 or more Brother Alliances, a figure head must be appointed in form of an Emperator​
• Emperator can be any member within that alliance, even the lowest of the low members.​
• The Emperator will have the majority of power within the alliance and will act in accordance with the other leaders to continue to improve the community within Wynncraft.​
• The Main role of the Emperator will be to maintain peace between the Brother alliances, put down grievances with the Judges, and establish communication with the wider community.​

Alliance and Community Events
The Emperium Will hold war/ community events within the Wynn community and its borders. These events must be chosen first by the Community Leader and then organised by the Community Organisers, and Coordinated by the Event Planners. Each event can either have a reward or Rewardless. The Events will include:

Our Special War will also be hosted once the Wynn territories are fixed. Each event will be set as a Story based battle or war. Each will include prizes as well as honorary mentions on our Alliance pages, noting the deeds of each victor. These events will be open to everyone and will be hosted over days or even weeks, with each having its own special rules and guidelines. These events include:
