Journey Map Fix?

Is there a way to change "renderDistanceSurfaceMax" permanently in the journeymap.core.config file and have it actual work in minecraft, while not resetting to 12 max?

• I keep changing it from 12 to 32 in the journeymap.core.config file. After I do that the actual slider in minecraft changes to 32 max but I can't click anything higher than 12.

• Once I join a world, sp or mp, the slider resets to 12 max while the config file still says it's 32.

• If I change it to 32 in the config, discover a new tile and tab out to notepad++, it asks me if I want to reset the config file. If I click yes, it resets to 12 in the config file. If I click no, it stays 32 in the config but no change in game

Help me please if you can :/ Thanks in advance :D

I got it nevermind! Just had to set render distance to 32!
