    Get a cluster, and put t6 thunder powders on. Trust me, its SO much better ;) (and cheaper, easier to use and overall just better)

    at dxp weekend it took about 10-20 minutes to get level up (maybe a bit more at 97+), so that shouldent be the problem if he just plays active
