Archer/Hunter Help I Need A Water/air Build

Ok, I'm a lvl 96 Archer and I need a spell spam high dmg ws build and has some good health and no mythics

Maybe a mixture of diamond steam and hydro accessories

idk how much health this would have, If you only use hydro stuff you probably will still have okay health, And for the weapon maybe cluster or hive bow with water powders,
