Pre-gavel Item

Sooo can I sell this? I sent out a shout saying I was selling and I got mixed responses of "You can't sell that" or "You have to sell it for as much as its counterpart". Whats the deal with selling pre-gavel weapons? Heres a screenshot

 

Im no expert, but I think that falls into the same category of Vanilla items.
So don't go selling it saying.

You cannot sell it, but I believe you may keep it. Selling any vanilla and/or pre-Gavel weapons/armour is illegal.

duh he said it was for science, It was not because he thought it was not allowed to keep, Btw its a gavel item, But he was testing if it was actually possible to item buyer (because there was no proof it was technically a helmet or if it was possible to be item buyered), Also to see how much money it would give
