Monthly Crate Reward Problem?

Hey!
So as a new month started I was about to claim my reward for monthly crate, when I clicked it all was good I entered my username but then when I logged in, there was no crate... and now when i try to click it again it just refreshes the page... is it that the new month haven't started yet for wynncraft (timezones)? Is it that you can only claim every month so basically every 30/31 days because i obviously didn't claim it the 1st? did I do something wrong? Will it come and i'm just impatient?

So yep if someone could answer to me that'd be nice ;)
