Assassin/Ninja Help Weathered Lvl 96 Air, Thunder And ''water'' Assasin

I will ''getting'' a Weathered and want to know a good LEVEL 96 Air Assasin with quiet good walk speed, dps/dmg and mana regen! Thanks for helping! :D
I have already a good helmet for lvl 86 from the Corrupted Underworld Dungeon, Ossuary and it's really good for air dmg and thunder dmg with walk speed and life steal so I would like just know the asscoires(sorry if its wrong), boots, leegings and chestplate!

 

I'd go with pure air/water

 

Nah I prefer Air and if you do spin attack you get thunder dmg too, so any ideas? xD

 

You cant put more than 100sp into one element anyways so why not air water? .-.

Ahhhhh alright that makes more sense... but if you want to have good mana regen you cant really avoid water completely.. unless you go with old concentration x2 (thrn you still only have 4/4 mana regen)

 

I'd recommend grinding to lvl 100 before making a build. Your excluding many useful items by not doing so

 

Nah got already a ''good'' build with
Third Eye, Aquarius, Sagitarus, Wind Mimic 2x Raging Wind Golden Steam Bracelet Golden Steam Necklace/Royal Steam Necklace :) for lvl 96

 

For when you quit being a nub and get level 100
Cumulonimbus
Boreal Patterned Aegis
Vaward for tank / Leictreach for glass
Capricorn if you have the SP or Kickback / Ventus Tail for glass
Raging Wind
Raging Wind / Stratus
Contrail / Diamond Steam
Royal Cyclone / Diamond Steam

 

If Im not wrong witherhead is super fast so air sanc will be better for glass cuz you dont need tier atttack speed and it isnt take mana I know spin do little thunder but still snac will be more damage and no mana lose if its fast just kill me

 

It's very fast, so you benefit from having the tier attack, and you don't actually do much more damage, while being far more glassy if you use sanc

 

Like I said I though it's super fast

 

leictreach gets some good walk speed and defenses

 

the thunder dmg from the spin attack is contributed by the neutral conversion
which is alot less significant when you compare that to the air damage
trying to buff the thunder damage doesnt buff the dmg by alot, you are just gonna waste a chance for you to buff ws, mana, or def
on a full T6 powdered weathered
you can treat it this way when it cast spin attack

• Slots: 3
• Damage: 55-100
• ❋ Air Damage: 180-300
• Attack Speed: Very Fast

to

• Slots: 3 Tier 6 ❋ Air
• ✦ Thunder Danage: 19.25-35
• ❋ Air Damage: 263.75-419
• Attack Speed: Very Fast

the thunder damage is so much less than the air damage that I'd rather suggest you to ignore it
