    Im curious, is there a certain age you have to be above to be considered as a GM or Builder

    There is not. As long as you are mature enough and have some common sense, you're good to go.

    To be honest I could see an 8 year old that is mentally mature and has common sense becoming a GM, Altough age normally represents a lot of things such as maturity there always are excpetions.
