    It may be pronounced with an L as it is an acronym for "Villager". I guess they had to fit in another L :/
    My guild and some other friends do pronounce it as Leh-vi-gahr

    It's leh-vi-gahr because it's Villageacules' city, and the double l sounds like an l, thus, "leh."

    If you were using Spanish pronunciation rules it would be more like yeh-bih-gar, I think.
    I'm a highschool Spanish student who can't even ask where the bathroom is in Spanish so if someone actually speaks it and wants to correct me if I'm wrong feel free to.

    I pronounce it as lllllllllllevigar
    I always say double letters in proper nouns as just elongated.
    So I say Ulaaaaaaan Bataaaaaaar
