wouldnt spectre also work in that build? It has lots of spell dmg and it can I guess help with negative life steal probz (not super important but it could be a potential help?). But its a pretty decent helmet for this kind of build.

 

Raw spell is preferred over %spell here, therefore making Spectre worth much less here.

 

Well here is my build it does not have stats ID's up to date, but it is quite strong with having patience for regen.
Vanish -> Spin Attack -> Melee -> Vanish is the patern I used for soloing LI. Hold Ivory and stay out of danger in Vanish when your health gets low. Wall Breakers Quake is the main damage source, and will charge in 3 hits.

well selvut recently nerfed concentration and if someone finds one/reids one then it will have minus spell damage

 

Old or new doesn't matter with your build
You're using raw spell damage, concentration has % spell

 

ok
