Seafoam?

Not really clear what this is... is it some sort of pet? Does it follow me forever? Found it by the fountain on Selchar island and i'm not sure about walking away from it in case it has some importance...

All I know about it is that it is a re-skinned taimed cat and it drops emeralds sometimes when you shoot it.

Just noticed that the server is reseting in 10 mins so it would be super helpful if someone would be able to reply asap.

They are aliens (friendly) that gaurd you

 

the dropping emeralds part when you hit it is due to the Stealing Identification
Seafoam is a residential wybel pet of Selchar, much like other ones such as Nibbles in Detlas, Rocky in Rodoroc, etc
due to the light blue name tag, it denotes a mob that will follow you and try to attack other mobs
it can't be kept with anybody, but through crates you could get the possibility of getting a wybel pet (token)

 

It's a blue type mob, blue mobs follow you and sometimes help protect you. There's a wybel like that in every major city from gaval to wynn (I'm not sure about corkus yet)-- they don't really do anything.

 

Ahhhh ok, so it's like a town guard but it follows you, thank you all for informing me of this! Now I wont feel bad for switching servers! Also, i've never seen any others like this (appart from the ones people have as pets) so now i'm going to try to find them all XD

 

There is one in most towns! ;)
