Mage/Dark Wizard Help Water Mage Skill Points

That's including vaward.

So I have a few choices to make. Firstly, I can switch prowess for diamond hydro bracelet. I'll eessentially lose 8 skill points and gain 12% spell damage, 14% water damage, and more mana steal. I'm mainly doing it for the spell and water, mana steal isn't really important with how much I already have.
Anyways! My next choice is that I can either run a build with 129 intelligence, but subtract all that from my defense, or run a build with 112 Intel and 95 defense (once I switch bracelets). Is it worth moving 17 points from defense to intelligence? I'll take damage easier, but my damage will also increase again, plus my spells will cost either 2 or one (2 for meteor and heal, 1 for teleport and I've snake). So, which should I choose?

Tbh ur better off with t6 thunders on ur hive wand u get 9 k meteors easy so instead of water a spell spam build?

 

Why t6 thunders? I get some serious water damage already hitting up to 15k with water due to concentration water passive being so powerful with spell spam.
