Mage/Dark Wizard Help Ethereal And Lunar Spine Build

I want a build focusing on Ethereal and Lunar Spine IF they even work together.

Well, I think for chest plate aquarius is best, for the spell damage and high mr. for pants, either legs of des with max air(Gotta be max cause max is 8%) and high Sd, or air sanc. This is all I got (My build is this build, just with third eye 4/4 and high raw SD and memento 4/4 with high raw and % SD, mana pool circlet and reminder for aquarius incase I need a different helm, will be changing this to diamond hydro, so I can get more air damage and/or mr, or maybe more defenses since this build is a glass cannon) EDIT: I also use a 30% air damage morrowind, might use a lunar spine with 32% and 3 T6 air powders
