Archer/Hunter Help Possibly Good Mana Regen And Over 100 Loot Archer? (no Mythics If Possible)

I really want an archer with over 100 loot (if possible) and really good mana regen (so I can kill mobs quickly for their loot) but I don't know what accessories, armor, or bow to use. Is this even possible? If so, please tell me. I still don't have a single mythic so no mythics would be nice, but tell me if there needs to be a mythic. Thx.
EDIT: I'm fine with negative hp Regen, but please keep walk speed at 0 or above. Thx.
Also, items from 1-100 will work, but be wary of quest reward items as I might have tossed them out, ask if I did on them... Same with qira hive regular vouchers. I might not have some of the stuff. (I do still have my master voucher tho)

 

Hello I am still new to this game and I want to help so I was thinking about the treasure boots you get from Omango after completing the underwater quest it has 25% loot bonus and some exp bonus. Hope I was Helpful.

 

Also I have +52% loot bonus right now and i am lvl 17 Archer.

Skill points:
-Put 20 in strength.
-See how much dexterity you get from your Morph-Stardust and subtract that number from 33. Put that much into dexterity. (For example, if your Morph-Stardust has +7 dex, you want to put 26 dex in.)
-See how much agility you get from your Morph-Stardust and subtract that number from 33. Put that much into agility.
-See how much intelligence you get from your Morph-Stardust and subtract that number from 68. Put that much into intelligence.
-Put the rest in defense.

Quite tanky, 105 loot bonus at max (if you want more lmk, I can remake this build for more loot bonus and less tankiness), 9 mana regen, decent ws

 

Is there a replacement for 1 old keepers? Also, I do have a wybel fluff, but find it annoying since it's a slow bow. Any others or are there none?
EDIT: I looked through the item guide and there was no bow, so maybe a mana normal-super fast bow and a piece of armor with loot? I haven't really looked at these items, so, if they don't have +tier attack speed, maybe something with that? Yeah, sorry for the complications.

Concentration (try to see if you can get one that doesn't have negative spell damage, but it's not too bad if it does.)

Return to Ether (super fast atk speed if you get a good one, plus some nice walk speed)

Not gonna post a skill point guide but you want to get enough to wear Snail Boots while wearing Vaward, get 68 in int, and then put the rest in agility. There's not as much loot bonus but it's a bit more offensive-oriented, so you should be able to kill mobs faster.
