SPOILER Was This Guy Already Found ?

I don't know since when he is here, I'm 90% sure if was already found but I didn't find any thread.

I found a strange guy in Dernel Jungle :

So there is this cannibal :

Who can drop this :

And there is also a T4 loot chest in his cave, here is the cave (I already took the chest.) :


Poor man, how did he became this monster ?

Did some research again, someone found it, but posted nothing about the Junk item and the T4 chest, at least people will know there is one now.

EDIT 2 :

After killing 5 cannibal, I still didn't drop any other Half-Eaten skin, it seem to be a rare item.

IIRC there's another T4 on the vine just behind the cannibal in your first pic.

Oh dam, it sucks to be a loot runner these days, all the chests are getting useless if they are opened every 10 minutes, because their position gets revealed to every newbie by posts or even yt videos :,(
