Found Something...

I was loot chest running and I found this machine factory. Not sure if its part of a quest or if anyone knows what it's for because I have only done Envoy I & II and Royal Trials.

 

I've tried picking through that building before and found nothing, my guess is there's something you have to do somewhere else for something to happen there— perhaps it has something to do with the mechanical pond by corkus.

 

Context/Coords as to where to find this would be appreciated. Maybe we can get a person to hit that button and another person at the Sinking lake to test connections?

 

It's next to the Geyser Pit/Lost Avos city house

My best guess for what to do there would be to find some sort of coal and toss it into the hoppers by the generators.

 

That button causes the elevator to go down/up, there was nothing I could find down there, though. You should defenitely go take a look, I'm really bad at finding secret shit.

 

Why people keep thinking these hoppers are useful... They are connected to nothing ! It's decoration !

You would be surprised what can be done with the magic of command blocks. It is entirely possible for a command block to scan a remote inventory for a specific item and then run a command if the item is found.
