EDIT: How does the SP on weapons work, does your armor just pop off if you don't hold it?
EDIT2: I just tried it, doesn't work when putting armor on, for some reason holding the weapon doesn't update your skill points and you still can't wear armor with the weapon SP

 

SP weapon do not affect armor requirements. They only affect the effects of sp. For example lets say I have 0 Int but I am using Compiler. I have the mana reduction and water damage boost of 20 Int when holding Compiler, but I can't wear an item with 20 Int requirement even when holding Compiler.

 

@ReReverse so you still can't fit the build with the nerf

It was nerfed from 35 agility to 40, I forgot to count for that.
