No Creeper Skin For Creeper Infiltration???

After talking with Thomas and him instructing me to go up and see if there was any TNT at the top of the mountain thing, I went to the designated place, along with two other players. We went in and the cutscene began. Upon dropping down after the creeper died, only one of us picked up the creeper skin. The other person and I waited around for the creeper skin to potentially spawn, but had to switch servers before anything spawned. After switching servers, I waited around a bit longer and nothing happened. I need the creeper skin to continue, but it didn't spawn? /fixquests didn't work for this. Any help?

 

Just switch servers and do the cut-scene again, if you do it again, it probably will work!

 

I just tried that. It's not letting me pick it up now :d Thanks for the suggestion though..

But it spawned right? Just do the cut-scene again, kill the mob and get the drops!
