Archer/Hunter Help Meta For Archer / How Good Are Health + Mana Steal Builds?

    So, yeah, 2 questions regarding class builds.

    1) What would be META build for an Archer?
    2) How good are health and mana steal builds? They effective and worth doing? Or should I focus on something else?
    3) Any good build you'd recommend for someone who hasn't been playing for a long time? I'm level 75 atm, stopped playing before Gavel update.

    Pretty much yea. Though i find it easier to buy from other players.
    Royal Stormy amulet is an exception, it's granted after completion of WynnExcavation D quest.

    Why foam bracer/ariodo's dial? Isn't there anything better?
    Also, what's the price of concentration?

    not for that level. they're pretty good bracelets
    prices of concentrations are rising constantly due to new concentrations having negative -%spell dmg
