Guide Huge Glitch In Wynncraft

I was doing the factory dungeon and then I died in the void and I don't know how but that's not all....

I dropped my horse by an accident when I was in the void and now I've lost it :(

I hope u can fix this glitch with the void

We can't fix something we don't even know how works.
Can you explain what you did to cause this bug? And why did you put the Guide prefix

 

I was doing the factory when i got in to a new room and glitched through the floor and into the void

I was suppose to drop my potions because i didn't need them but then I dropped my horse

 

We can't give back your items. We have a strict no refund policy.
And I'm still not sure how you got into the void.
If you glitched through blocks there is nothing we can do, except adding blocks below.

I also got glitched/tped into the void while I was doing Fallen Factory. It happened during the warp right before the [4/4] text when you first see the Antikythera Supercomputer and before the "Antikeythera Supercomputer" text pops up on your screen.
